Shipping & Returns
All orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be packed and shipped the same day (excludes weekends and holidays).
Our store features real-time carrier rates directly from USPS.com and UPS.com. The rates and delivery estimates are calculated by the carrier based on the shipping address and the delivery address on the order. While we will do our best to ensure a smooth transaction and timely delivery, FLW can not be held liable for any delays in a shipment that result from challenges faced by the carrier (weather, labor strike, missed pickup, etc.).
Occasionally, we may offer free-shipping or reduced rate shipping as a promotion within our store. Any such offers are not retroactive on prior purchases.UPS Air
If you choose UPS Air as the shipping option, depending on your location, UPS may require a signature in order to leave it at a residence. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, UPS will not leave it. If you choose UPS Air shipping, please plan for someone be home to sign for the package or have it shipped to a business where someone is available to sign for it. FLW will not be held responsible for reimbursing UPS Air shipping charges if there is no one available for a signature release.
Returns are allowed within 45 days from date of delivery. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, please contact our customer service team for further assistance at (270) 252-1000, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards
- Competitor Membership
There are certain products where only partial refunds may be granted:
- DVD that has been opened
- Digital or Subscriber Membership
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
- Tournament registration (case-by-case basis)
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s). If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.. Please note, initial shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your return is rejected, we will contact your directly.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account (up to 10 business days on some accounts), and be sure to check pending transactions too. If 10 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (270) 252-1000.
If you need to exchange an item(s), please email email@example.com, or call (270) 252-1000 within 45 days to ensure we have the item in stock.
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For any return, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
